Communication with Coterra’s Directors

Communications from shareholders and other interested parties can be addressed to our Directors by mail in care of our Corporate Secretary. All shareholder and other interested party communications will be forwarded to our Lead Director. In response, the Lead Director may take any action deemed appropriate or necessary, including, without limitation, forwarding the information to the Board for consideration or, with the concurrence of the Board, retaining independent or outside counsel, accountants or other advisors.
